Raven's Wings

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Line the baking tray with foil and place a metal rack on top.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, dried garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Smoked paprika: 2 teaspoons
- Ground dried garlic: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Pat the wings dry with paper towels and place them on a rack.
- Chicken wings: 900 g

Using a silicone brush, coat the wings with a mixture of oil and spices and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

While the wings are baking, heat the barbecue sauce in a small pot over medium heat.
- Barbecue sauce: 100 g

When the wings are ready, take them out of the oven and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Barbecue sauce: 100 g

Put the wings back in the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes; the sauce should caramelize and become sticky.

Serve the wings hot with extra barbecue sauce.
