Stewed green beans with vegetables

Boil the prepared green bean pods in salted water and drain in a sieve.
- Green beans: 200 g
- Salt: to taste

Fry finely chopped onion separately in sunflower oil.
- Vegetable oil: to taste

Transfer the boiled beans to a pot, add onion, sliced tomatoes, finely chopped bell pepper, vinegar, salt, black pepper, pour in some hot water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
