Boil the prepared chicken carcass and cut it into pieces, strain the broth.

Place chicken pieces in a pot, add sautéed chopped onion, washed okra, lemon juice, salt, onion, pepper, halved tomatoes, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until cooked.
