Grilled Shrimps

Grilled shrimp is the embodiment of Mediterranean cuisine, combining ease of preparation with rich flavors. This dish is inspired by the traditions of coastal cities where fresh seafood harmonizes with aromatic herbs and olive oil. Shrimp marinated in lemon juice, garlic, and rosemary acquire a tender texture and exquisite taste with a hint of spice. Grilled over hot coals until golden brown, they retain juiciness and a subtle smoky aroma. It’s best served hot with a wedge of lemon and a zesty sauce that highlights the depth of flavor. This is the perfect dish for a summer outdoor dinner filled with the atmosphere of a sunny coast and a light sea breeze.
