Cut the lamb into small pieces, pour in two liters of water, add finely chopped cilantro and lamb fat.
- Mutton: 500 g
- Coriander: to taste
- Fat tail fat: 50 g

After the broth boils, add finely chopped onion and crushed rice, and cook until ready.
