Fried zucchini with sour cream is a simple yet incredibly tasty dish popular in European cuisine. Its roots trace back to rural culinary traditions where seasonal vegetables and minimal ingredients were used. Tender slices of zucchini fried to a golden crust acquire an appetizing aroma and slight crispness. The sour cream served with them adds creamy softness and a hint of tanginess, perfectly complementing the flavor. This dish is versatile – it can be served as an independent snack or as a side dish to meat and vegetable dishes. An ideal option for a summer dinner when fresh zucchinis are at their juiciest.
