Light chicken cutlets are a tender and nutritious dish that is perfect for those who appreciate simplicity and sophistication of taste. Its roots go back to traditional European cuisine, where minced meat cutlets became a popular option for a quick and tasty dinner. Using chicken breast, carrots, and onions makes the cutlets soft and juicy, while adding sour cream gives them a light creamy texture. They can be steamed for a more diet-friendly option or fried in breadcrumbs for an appetizing golden crust. These cutlets pair well with light sides like fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes, and their delicate flavor will appeal to both adults and children.
