Spicy Beef Kebabs

Spicy beef kebabs are a true embodiment of Azerbaijani culinary passion. This recipe originates from traditional Eastern methods of cooking meat over an open flame, where aromatic spices and marinades play a special role. The combination of tender beef fillet, spicy chili sauce, and fresh vegetables creates a harmony of flavors: the meat absorbs spicy notes while the vegetables add freshness and juiciness. Grilled over coals, the kebabs acquire an appetizing smoky aroma that makes them even more tempting. Serving with couscous makes the dish complete and nutritious, while a hint of spiciness awakens the appetite. These kebabs are perfect for friendly gatherings in nature where one can enjoy the cooking process and the taste of authentic Eastern cuisine.
