Chili con carne is one of the most iconic dishes of Mexican cuisine, combining the rich flavor of spices, the tenderness of turkey, and the richness of tomatoes with beans. Historically, this dish emerged as a simple yet nutritious meal for cowboys and has gained popularity worldwide over time. In this version with ground turkey, it becomes lighter while maintaining depth of flavor through a blend of chili, paprika, and oregano. The dish is perfect for cozy family dinners or friendly gatherings, and its warming taste with a hint of spiciness makes it especially appealing on cool evenings.
