Carp fried in sour cream

The simplest home recipe, in which the bland taste of carp is supplemented with bright sour cream creaminess. The carp will have to be baked in the oven, for which you will need thick-walled cookware.

Chop the onion and carrot, sauté until golden.

Mix the sour cream with two teaspoons of water.

Clean the carp from scales and lightly fry it.

Take a deep baking dish, a duck pot can be used. Place the carp, sprinkle with fried onions and carrots on top, add bay leaf and pepper. Pour with sour cream sauce.
