Pass the meat through a meat grinder twice, add a lot of pepper and a little salt, and mix well.
- Beef: 200 g
- Pork: 400 g
- Ground black pepper: 2 g
- Salt: to taste

Form small sausages from the minced meat, 2.5 cm thick and 5 cm long, and grill them.
