Fried scallops are an exquisite dish rooted in Russian cuisine, where simplicity meets elegance. Tender sea scallops infused with the aroma of curry and salt develop a golden crust in a hot pan, revealing their sweet-nutty essence. Their delicate texture and rich flavor are perfectly complemented by a light garnish of lentils and spices. Careful preparation of the scallops—from soaking to drying—achieves perfect tenderness. This dish highlights the art of cooking, where every detail is crucial for creating a gastronomic masterpiece. It is ideal for a special dinner or romantic meeting, where the taste and aroma of seafood leave unforgettable impressions.
