Semolina pudding with zucchini and apples is a delicate and airy dish that combines the sweetness of fruits and the lightness of vegetables. Its roots go back to European cuisine, where semolina is traditionally used to create puddings and casseroles. Zucchini adds softness and juiciness to the dish, while apples contribute natural sweetness and a subtle tartness. Baking gives it a slight golden color with a pleasant texture complemented by an airy structure from whipped egg whites. Serving it with sour cream enhances the creamy flavor and makes the dish even richer. This pudding is perfect for a light breakfast or cozy dessert, and its delicate taste is sure to please both adults and children.
