Prepare the dough. Pour the flour into a mound on the table and make a well in it.
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Pour in salted water, add eggs and oil.
- Water: 200 ml
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil: 1.5 tablespoon

Mix gradually, taking flour from the edges to the center until a stiff dough forms.
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth.

Prepare the minced meat. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, then pass it through a meat grinder twice, mix with milk or cream, add salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Chicken fillet: 800 g
- Milk: 0.3 glass
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Roll the dough into a thin layer.

Cut circles from the dough with a glass.

Place filling on one half of the circle with a teaspoon, fold the circle in half and pinch the edges.
