Cut the chicken fillet into strips 3-4 cm long and 1 cm wide.
- Chicken fillet: 400 g

In a large deep pan, sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil until the onion is transparent, then add sweet pepper, carrot, green onion, and chicken fillet. Fry until the chicken changes color.
