Slice the breast into pieces about 2.5 cm thick.
- Turkey breast fillet: 500 g

Put the meat in a bag and season with mustard oil.
- Mustard oil: 2 tablespoons

To salt.
- Sea salt: to taste

Add curry.
- Curry powder: 1.5 tablespoon

Then add chili.
- Chili powder: 0.5 teaspoon

Tie the bag, knead it vigorously with your hands to distribute the marinade. Leave for 30 minutes.

Place on a dry hot grill pan.
