Radish fried with garlic

Radish sautéed with garlic is an unexpected culinary discovery that combines simplicity and vibrant flavor. In Russian cuisine, radish is often used fresh, but frying it reveals sweet, nutty notes while softening its natural sharpness. Garlic sautéed to a golden brown adds aromatic spiciness, and ramiro pepper contributes gentle sweetness. Sumac and ground chili make the dish slightly spicy, while green onions refresh the taste. It’s an ideal side for meat or fish or a light snack on its own. Served hot, it delights with a pleasant combination of crunchy texture and rich flavor.
