The delicious shepherd's keto pie is a modern interpretation of the traditional shepherd's pie, adapted for those on a low-carb diet. Instead of mashed potatoes, it uses a creamy cauliflower puree enriched with cream, cheese, and nutmeg. The base of the dish is juicy ground beef highlighted by the aroma of sautéed onions and tomato sauce. A delicate cheesy topping is baked to a golden crust, creating a harmony of textures. The pie is rich, hearty, and perfect for cozy family dinners. Its gentle flavor is complemented by a creamy structure, while the appetizing aroma fills the kitchen with warmth and comfort.
