Cauliflower in a frying pan

Until recently, cauliflower was considered a completely faceless ingredient and did not play a leading role at dinners and feasts. At some point, everything changed - either the merits of cabbage were appreciated and elevated by vegetarians, or recipes were found to match it. In any case, cauliflower is also wonderful in a single batch: with an egg and breadcrumbs, as in this recipe, for example.

Break the cauliflower into florets.
- Cauliflower: 1 piece

Boil water in a pot and add salt.
- Salt: to taste

Add the cauliflower florets to boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the water.

Heat butter and vegetable oil in a pan, add cabbage.
- Vegetable oil: 30 ml
- Butter: 20 g

Add breadcrumbs and fry, stirring, until golden brown.

Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Salt: to taste

Pour the eggs into the pan with the cabbage and fry, stirring, for another 2-3 minutes until the eggs are cooked.
