Marbled Beef Shashlik

Another oven-baked shashlik recipe, this time made from marbled beef. The main character is a spicy marinade of paprika, lemon juice, vegetable oil and pepper, which perfectly highlights the brutal texture of the meat.

Cut the meat into cubes. Place beef, lemon juice, paprika, 0.25 tsp salt and pepper, and 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix and let marinate.
- Marbled beef: 320 g
- Lemon juice: 5 ml
- Paprika: 1 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Line the baking tray with parchment.

Place the potatoes (without liquid) on the baking sheet.
- Potato: 400 g

Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
