Prepare oil from green onions. Blend olive oil with chopped green onions. Then filter the sediment through a double layer of cheesecloth.
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Green onions: 30 g

Prepare miso butter. Whisk or mix miso paste and softened butter until smooth.

Prepare cream from avocado. Blend the avocado flesh with cilantro leaves, green pepper, ice, zest of a whole lime, and 30 ml of its juice until smooth.
- Avocado: 200 g
- Coriander: 10 g
- Green bell pepper: 50 g
- Crushed ice: 50 g
- Lime: 1 piece

Brush the piece of tuna with miso oil on all sides. Grill for 3 minutes, flipping once.

Place the fried fillet on a plate, sprinkle with furikake seasoning, and add avocado cream beside it. Drizzle with green onion oil and serve.
