Cut the panini in half and toast it in a dry skillet or toaster.
- Ciabatta: 100 g

Spread the halves of the panini with cream cheese.
- Cottage cheese: 30 g

Wash the cucumber, slice it, and place it on half of the panini.
- Cucumbers: 30 g

Slice the salmon and place it on top of the cucumber.
- Cold smoked salmon: 60 g

Wash the romaine leaves and place them on top of the salmon.
- Romaine lettuce: 20 g

Cover with the second half of the panini.
