Wash the whole fish, dry it, coat it in flour, season with salt and pepper.

Fry in vegetable oil until crispy on both sides, adding a couple of garlic cloves, thyme, and rosemary.

Cook the fried carp in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: mix all sauces until smooth, add finely chopped garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, sugar, and pepper.
