Delicious boiled chicken breast

Recipe from Anna Shpak's book "Eat deliciously. Live long. Be happy!" "Without exaggeration, my favorite recipe. This chicken can be eaten on its own or used in a salad with matsoni. My mother taught me the secret , and I will reveal it in this recipe.

Clean and wash the vegetables. Fill with cold water, add peppercorns and bay leaves, and bring to a boil.
- Celery: 1 stem
- Onion: 1 head
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Allspice peas: to taste
- Bay leaf: to taste

Add chicken to boiling water. Bring it back to a boil, cover the pot with a lid with a hole, and simmer the meat on very low heat for 40 minutes. Then turn off the burner and let the chicken sit in the hot broth with vegetables for another 20 minutes. The bird is ready.

The remaining broth will not be clear and picturesque, but it can be used to make vegetable soup, added to sauces for pasta, risotto, or poured during the stewing of vegetables.
