Mix walnuts, garlic, onion, and broth and blend in a blender. Add spices to taste.
- Walnuts: 400 g
- Garlic: 20 g
- Onion: 80 g
- Vegetable broth: 600 ml
- Utskho-suneli: 10 g
- Salt: 10 g

Rinse the squid bodies under cold water, remove the skin and any excess, and cut into large pieces.
- Squid: 200 g

Grill the squid on a barbecue/grill/pan. It's important not to cook it too long to prevent it from drying out. About 5 minutes.

Pour the satsivi sauce over the cooked squid. Before serving, add a few drops of nut oil and garnish with cilantro leaves.
