Take the meat out of the fridge and let it rest a bit to come closer to room temperature.

Grease the meat with olive oil on all sides.
- Refined olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Place the veal on a dry hot skillet.
- Veal: 350 g

Fry the steaks on high heat for about 2 minutes and flip.

Continue to fry the meat for another 2 minutes, then sprinkle with ground pepper and turn it again.

Add spices for the meat (optional) and reduce the heat.

Cover the veal with a lid and cook on low heat for another 7 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve with your favorite sauce.
