Buckwheat noodles with beans

Buckwheat noodles are truly a necessary thing in the kitchen of every housewife, because they cook very quickly, which means they can always help us out when there is very little time for cooking or no ideas for dinner, because there are quite a large number of variations of combinations and ingredients with these noodles.

Prepare the ingredients.

Wait for the water to boil (about 1.5 liters), add the noodles to the boiling water, and reduce the heat.
- Buckwheat noodles: 150 g

After 5 minutes, drain the water and rinse the noodles in cold water.

Pour the beans into a pan with a small amount of boiling oil, fry on high heat for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Green beans (frozen): 130 g

Chop the hot chili pepper and remove the seeds (they are not needed).
