Clean the mackerel, remove the insides, and peel off the membranes. Rinse it well and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Mix salt and pepper together. Rub the mackerel with the resulting mixture inside and out.

Put a bay leaf inside.

Wash the greens and place them inside the fish. They will give the fish a spicy flavor and excellent aroma.

Place the fish on a baking tray and cover it with aluminum foil. Make 4-5 holes for steam to escape.

Bake mackerel in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the top foil and bake for another 4-5 minutes.
