Prepare the fish. Make a marinade for the fish - add cumin, lemon, paprika, hot red pepper (optional), and sea salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Caraway: 1 tablespoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Ground red pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Sea salt: 1 teaspoon

Stew the fish. Pour coconut oil into a large skillet. When the oil heats up, add chopped onion and red pepper to the skillet. Stew until the vegetables are soft. Add minced garlic and stew until the garlic releases its aroma (about 2 minutes). Finally, add the fish and stew for another 10-15 minutes (until the salmon is cooked).
