Grate the cauliflower, add eggs, 100 grams of mozzarella, and 100 grams of parmesan. Spread the 'dough' on a baking sheet (previously lined with parchment paper). After 15 minutes, take out the crust and sprinkle with 200 grams of mozzarella. Bake for another 10 minutes.
