Hunter-style chicken with sun-dried tomatoes is a dish rooted in European cuisine, known for its passion for rich flavors and aromas. Based on traditional braising techniques, it incorporates Mediterranean notes: juicy pieces of chicken soaked in the sharpness of white wine, the depth of sun-dried tomatoes, and the spice of rosemary. This recipe is especially good for a cozy dinner or festive gathering when you want to warm your soul with flavor. Olives add a savory saltiness to the dish, while bay leaves enhance its aroma. The dish is served hot, perfectly paired with pasta or fresh bread to enjoy every sip of the rich sauce.
