Cut the green onion into 3 cm pieces and boil in salted water with a little vinegar. Then let the water drain.
- Green onions: 500 g
- Vinegar: 1 teaspoon

Prepare a sauce from oil and flour, add tomato puree and a small amount of the water in which the onion was boiled to prevent the sauce from being too thick.
- Butter: 1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour: 1 tablespoon
- Tomato puree: 1 tablespoon

Season with grated garlic, salt, and chopped parsley. Pour the resulting sauce over the boiled onion.
