Dumplings with bacon and garlic, baked under cheese – a true comfort of Ukrainian cuisine. This dish resembles traditional dumplings that have delighted the people of Ukraine for centuries. Tender pieces of dough boiled to softness soak up the aroma of fried bacon and garlic, then are enveloped in a creamy sauce with smoked paprika. Baked under a layer of melted mozzarella, they acquire an appetizing golden crust. The taste is deep and rich, with a delicate texture of the dough, savory notes of bacon, and spiciness from the garlic.
