Chicken with paprika

Cut the chicken into 8 pieces: drumsticks, thighs, wings, and halve the breasts. Rub the pieces with salt.
- Chicken: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste

In a pan, fry the onion until golden, add paprika. Sear the chicken pieces on both sides, then add a couple of tablespoons of water, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until cooked.
- Onion: 1 head
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon

10 minutes before it's ready, add chopped tomatoes and peppers to the chicken. If there's too much liquid, let it evaporate without a lid.
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Sweet pepper: 1 piece

Mix sour cream with flour, add to chicken and bring to a boil. Serve with boiled rice or potatoes.
- Sour cream: 3 tablespoons
