Boil the lentils until cooked. Peel the onion, chop finely, place in a heated frying pan with oil and fry for 5 minutes.
- Green lentils: 0.5 glass
- Onion: 1 head
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Peel the carrot, grate it and add to the onion. Cook on low heat for 7 minutes, stirring.
- Carrot: 1 piece

Peel the tomato, dice the flesh and add it to the onion and carrot. Add ketchup, mix and cook for 7 minutes.

- Ketchup: 1 tablespoon

Chop the cabbage, add it to the vegetables, mix and simmer for 10-15 minutes with a lid. Add lentils, sliced sausages, parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.
