Pink cutlets are a refined dish of European cuisine that attracts not only with its bright color but also with its tender taste. The secret of their unique softness lies in the combination of juicy chicken fillet and sweet beetroot, which gives the minced meat a natural pink hue. Light spices, garlic, and onion complement the flavor, creating a harmony of aromas. These cutlets are great as a standalone dish or paired with a side – they pair excellently with vegetables or grains. They are easy to prepare and look like a festive delicacy that can adorn any table. The inspiration for the recipe may have come from the desire to give classic chicken cutlets a fresh, original twist. Their crispy crust and tender texture inside make them a favorite dish for both children and adults.

- Garlic: 2 cloves
2
Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, and blend in a blender to make chicken mince.
