Home-style roast (in a multicooker)
4 servings
60 minutes
Homestyle stew is a traditional European dish that has long become a symbol of comfort and home. It combines the tenderness of braised pork, the softness of potatoes, and the rich flavor of vegetables infused with bay leaf, sour cream, and tomato paste. Originally cooked slowly in ovens, the process has become easier and faster with the advent of multicookers while preserving all the depth of flavors. The dish is perfect for family dinners, warming the soul and creating an atmosphere of home warmth. Its rich and slightly creamy taste pairs excellently with fresh bread or pickles.
