Baked chicken thighs are a classic dish of European cuisine that combines simplicity in preparation with exquisite taste. The tender meat is infused with an aromatic marinade where orange juice adds a light citrus tang, while Dijon mustard and soy sauce add zest. After baking, the thighs become soft and juicy, and the final grilling stage gives them an appetizing golden crust. An ideal dish for a cozy family dinner or festive table, it pairs wonderfully with vegetable sides, potatoes, or fresh salads.
