Wash the liver, clean it from the film, and divide it into four pieces of 60 grams each.
- Lamb liver: 250 g

Wash the lamb mesh and cut it into small strips.
- Sheep fat mesh: 120 g

Place a piece of liver on each prepared strip and wrap it. Skewer the wrapped pieces of liver and grill over an open flame for 4-5 minutes, turning constantly.
