Chicken fillet in mayonnaise is a simple yet incredibly tasty dish from Russian cuisine. It embodies the traditions of home cooking, where simple ingredients transform into a tender and aromatic treat. Chicken fillet stewed in mayonnaise and sour cream gains special softness, while pepper and salt enhance its flavor. Mayonnaise adds richness, sour cream gives a slight tanginess, and slow cooking allows all flavor nuances to unfold. This dish pairs perfectly with sides like potatoes, rice, or fresh vegetables. It's prepared for both everyday meals and cozy family dinners since it doesn't require much time but consistently delights with its rich taste and tender texture.
