Tender chicken balls in sauce are a gourmet dish of French cuisine created for true connoisseurs. These airy and juicy meatballs made from finely chopped chicken fillet with aromatic onions and spices are gently baked and then covered with a creamy cheese sauce with a spicy hint of garlic. The sauce gives the dish a velvety texture and refined taste that perfectly complements the tender meat. It can be served with stewed vegetables or a fresh salad, creating a harmonious balance of flavors. The history of such dishes traces back to the French tradition of exquisite meat appetizers, where simplicity of ingredients meets elegance in presentation. This treat will be a true decoration for a festive table or a cozy family dinner.
