For the marinade, grate 5 cm of ginger root, add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and lemon and lime juice.
- Ginger root: 1 piece
- Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Lime: 0.5 piece

Cut the fish (fillet of firm white or red fish) into large cubes and marinate for 2 hours.
- Fish fillet: 400 g

Dip pieces of fish in sesame seeds and fry in a pan for 2-4 minutes on each side.
- Sesame seeds: 100 g
