Indonesian Fried Rice Nasi Goreng

In translation, nasi goreng simply means "fried rice". This excellent Indonesian dish is now popular all over the world - due to the fact that it is quite easy to prepare, and the products used for it are available . Except, perhaps, for the kesap manis sauce (kecap manis, ketjap manis) - this is an Indonesian sweet soy sauc

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Marinate the chicken in a tablespoon of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) for 5 minutes.
- Kesap Manis Sauce: 4 tablespoons

Fry it in a heated pan until cooked. Then let it cool slightly and cut into cubes.
- Chicken fillet: 150 g

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent.
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
- Onion: 1 head

Then add minced garlic and chili, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add pre-cooked and cooled rice, preferably cooked the day before.
- Boiled Jasmine Rice: 650 g
