Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the yolks with sugar until a white foam forms and the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Egg yolk: 4 pieces
- Sugar: 55 g

Mix milk and cream in a pot.
- Milk: 500 ml
- Cream 35%: 250 ml

Add vanilla and nutmeg.
- Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg: pinch

Add the yolk mixture and whisk quickly.
- Egg yolk: 4 pieces

Put back on low heat, stirring constantly, heat to 70 degrees, remove from heat.

Add whiskey to the warm mixture, let it cool, and place it in the refrigerator until fully chilled.
