Pu-erh 'Chagao' with spices, pepper, and citrus is an exotic drink inspired by ancient Chinese tea traditions. Shu pu-erh chagao, a concentrated tea extract, forms the base of this elixir enriched with notes of orange, lemon, and spices. Its taste is deep and earthy with a warm spicy hint of cinnamon and star anise harmonizing with the freshness of citrus and a light spiciness. Sparkling water adds playfulness while decorations of lemongrass and powdered sugar give the drink visual elegance.
