Vegetable Energy Detox Cocktail

A close relative of the Spanish gazpacho soup, this morning mix is a real booster for immunity and good mood. Such mixed drinks are good because each blade of grass added to the detox cocktail is another vitamin. The combination of tomato and pear declared in this recipe justifies the boldest experiments.

Peel the tomatoes: make a cross cut on the tomato. Then place it in hot water for 30 seconds, then put it in cold water for 1 minute. Then grab the cracked piece of skin and pull it off. Peel the entire tomato this way.
- Tomatoes: 80 g

Remove the core from the bell pepper and peel the pear.
- Sweet pepper: 80 g
- Pears: 40 g

Combine all cocktail components in a blender bowl and blend until smooth.

- Lemon juice: 40 ml
- Mineral water: 160 ml
- Celery stalk: 40 g

Slice the celery stalk into thin slices for decoration.

Garnish with fresh mint on top, drizzle the mint with lime juice, and place a few slices of celery nearby.
