Green tea with orange and mint is a refined drink that combines the invigorating aroma of fresh tea leaves with the citrus tang of orange and the cooling freshness of mint. This recipe is inspired by traditional European tea ceremonies that value harmony of flavors and natural ingredients. The orange zest adds a light sweetness to the drink, while cane sugar subtly enhances it, making the taste soft and rounded. Ideal for summer relaxation or cozy evenings, it provides a sense of relaxation and renewal. The tea is especially good as a refreshing drink on hot days and as a way to enjoy natural aromas in colder seasons. It can be served hot or chilled, depending on mood and season.

Pour green tea with water and let it steep for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, remove the seeds from the orange and slice it along with the zest, placing it at the bottom of a heat-resistant dish, adding fresh mint. Strain the green tea and pour the liquid over the orange and mint, tightly cover with a lid and let it sit for 15 minutes. For sweetness, it's better to use cane sugar.
