Heat the honey in a saucepan by diluting it with a glass of water.

Dissolve sugar in a glass of water and boil.

Combine and cook together into a homogeneous mass to evaporate as much water as possible.

Boil the spices in the remaining water, let it steep (20 min), strain, add the honey-sugar mixture and heat without boiling.
