Winter Cup Cocktail

Winter Cup Cocktail. A warming cocktail for our strange Russian winter — that's how Australian Tim Phillips suggests describing this drink. Tim runs a tiny bar in Sydney called Bulletin Place, which is ranked 28th on The World's 50 Best Bars list . In 2012, Tim was named the best bartender in the world by Diageo Reserve World Class, and recently visited Moscow to judge the Russian stage of this competition. Tim also promotes the preparation of cocktails without waste — so that everything is used to the maximum. That's Australian practicality.
