Ingredients

• Gin: 50 ml
• Aperol infused with Barberry caramel: 20 ml
• Lille: 10 ml
• Bitter Suze: 4 ml
• Angostura: to taste

Cooking steps

1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir thoroughly with a bar spoon.

   Required ingredients:

   • Gin: 50 ml
   • Aperol infused with Barberry caramel: 20 ml
   • Lille: 10 ml
   • Bitter Suze: 4 ml
   • Angostura:  to taste

2. Pour into a cocktail glass or cup through a strainer.
